Best PSU for Epox 8KHA+

K all well you can see my system specs below and i really would like to start ocing my corshair cas 2 pc 2400 ram. They told me i need a really good PSU. Now my question is what kind of psu would i need to get fsb's @ about 170i heard that the antec p412X and 403x were really good but what about sparkle and other psu that are under $100 us dollars? Only criteria is it has adjustable pots cause i heard that you ahve to get your 5v line really high so it can stay at an actual 5v.
