8k7a+ RAID problem CRC erroring my files??

Im like god damn tired of this:

I have a Epox 8k7a+ Motherboard with 2x 256 crucial PC2100 DDR ram, 2x
40 GB IBM ATA100 disks in RAID0 (Stripe), SB Live! 5.1, ATI Radeon
8500, Enermax 431 PSU.

now my problem is my raid partition! Some how my raid partitions after
a while starts to crack or something! If I download a 100 mb installer
file, the file will be CRC corrupted!! I know that the file is NOT CRC
bad on the server!

what the ******* is wrong with my drives??

im using the latest Bios from epox, and the latest highpointtech raid
driver! I have tryed many different RAID drivers but all the same..
cant remember when it started, but now it is often I get this error,
and it doesn't stop, just keeps on and on CRC erroring!

plz plz plz help me! or can you tell me where to get other support plz
