8k3a+ via kt333 and audigy problem solved

I thought i would share this with everyone this works everytime no matter what brand of motherboard as long as its kt333 chipset

This applies to kt333 chipsets and audigy or live soundcards and win 98se or me only

Ok after close too two weeks of 30 plus fresh installs and numerous backups, driver swaps and combinations of utillities I have finally found the procedure to install these boards without fail every single time

The Procedure:-

1 In the bios select 128meg arpeture size to NO bigger or smaller
2 Install your whole soundcard driver disk
3 Install your videocard drivers
4 Now this is important so pay attention
Install a program called Nvmax V4.0
Under options select to load on startup
Under AGP Menu
select 4x
Enable side band addressing
Enable Via 4x AGP
Enable Side Band Addressing
and in the rest of the menues you can select what ever you want AT A LATER STAGE NOT NOW

now reboot

5 Install Via usb filter patch and reboot
6 Install your via 4 in 1 wich ever version you like it does not matter because they all workand reboot

Wait a while because windows will take up to about 5 minutes to startup

Presto a fully working via kt333 motherboard and audigy or live soundcard system

Please give feedback when this works for you

Remember do this at your own risk i have tried this on three other kt333 motherboards and it worked

Please pass this on to others
