Sony PS3 Games Looking Better Than Xbox 360

In my opinion and also many other gamers would agree, the exclusive games coming to the Sony PS3 are looking better than any other Xbox 360 game in terms of graphics, framerate and sound.

If you had offered me a re hash of tomb Raider, I'd have said no. It's third person and I prefer first person, it's jumps and simple puzzles followed by a shoot out followed by jumps and puzzles...and I don't like jumps and puzzles... yet I love it! LOL

It's is very beautiful. Beyound farcry beautiful. it is remarkably well produced imho. I really can recommend it as a resting place from the fury of UT3! ":O}

I am not a MS fanboy or anything and chances are i will be buying a PS3 in the future so i will have both consoles, but as of right now i would have to disagree with that statement. Graphically the two consoles are very comparable with each other. The bad thing about the PS3 right now at least is that it really does not have any games out that have really made me say "WOW, i need to play that". This may change in the future, but right now the only reason i am looking toward getting one is simply to play blue-ray discs.

Content does seem to be the PS3 weak point. It's not that there aren't good games that I'm really enjoting playing so much, as there are. It's that having brought DOD4, UT3, and Drake...there's really nothing out there I want...yet.... Things are looking very much better over the coming year...or so I've read.":O}

I am sure that more good games will be coming out for the PS3 over the coming year, but i have not really seen any exclusive titles that would make me want to buy the system to play. I think that is really hurting sony. So many titles that used to be exclusive to sony, now are being released on the Xbox 360 as well. There have been some great titles released for the Xbox 360 only that made me want to have that system. Another reason i bought the 360 is that alot of games that once would have been PC only titles, now come out on the 360 as well, and it was much cheaper to get a 360 to play these games than to get a whole new PC.
But, like i said before, i do plan on buying a PS3 in the near future, so that no matter what good games come out for either system, i will be able to play them, and i also want to have a Blue-Ray player, and since the stand alone players are about the same cost as the PS3, i might as well have a player that plays games too.

also the added benefits of a media centre although not as good as the xbox 360 media extender, the ability to easily change the hdd to a bigger one and now with divx playback its worth getting one instead of a standalone BR player imo
