Well at lest this corrects a misapprehension I had due to R6,V2 which has a PhysX Logo screen at the start...now I'm thinking this is just a hold over from the PC version of the game...still rather misleading...yes?

Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 Any yeah, it's just a lousy port. All Unreal3 engine games can use PhysX. However, dev's have enough problems just getting the PS3 to use Antialiasing in UE3 titles, let alone hardware accelerated physics. And now that you mention it, I wasn't aware the G70 had to computational power or design for Physics accerlation.
