UPDATE: It is now proven that the brightness on the Q3A does not work with Win2k either.

Right after the Q3A was installed and ran the game, the graphics brightness was normal. After reboot, back to the ghost of darkness.. There must be something... either some sort of patch or something..

Same issue on the Epox 8K3A board & Gf3 ti200 as well. Also, on my IWill KK266-R w/ GF2 GTS, same *****...

Why the hell is it?

I had similar issues with Star Trek Elite Force. I know my issues with that and Q3 were resolved with the Q3 patch and elite force patch.

As long a WUs are being generated, that's the important thing.

I'm wondering, whatever, why? If they're already left on, those cycles are being wasted...

I never said all my rest of machines are turned on.

Only three of all the machines listed in my sig are being used. The others.. I'm short on PSU and hard drive. I had used those machines a while back but not anymore. Besides.. they are slow as f#@k... Oh and my P3 700E@ 1071 was killed by me.

So, to make this even clearer,

No, not all of my machines are in order. Besides.. I don't do folding and no plan for doing it.

Let's not change the subject. My topic is about Q2/ Q3 not working with Win2k.

Q3 is okay now, BUT, Q2 is no way.. Absolutely not working. Black.. dark. Only the software mode is working and u know how it is..
