is there any program that can open ports on ur router for you?

No usually, you use a web baised browser and use the menus to open specific ports there, there is however a com port connector on some routers that allow you to connect directly to it and chage options that way, refer to the user manual for details on how to do this.

i have the Linksys Cable/Dsl Router 4 Port Switch


i want to open the ports to host games and stuff

open internet explorer and type 192.168.0.1
just a randon guess but it may be using that ip address and it'll let you browse the option pages of the router.
within these pages you'll be able to specify what ports to open.
