That looks like a mistake to me, I might be wrong though. The noisetaker doesn't spin it's fans too slowly at low wattages, but it also doesn't ramp the speed up as much as most other units at higher levels. Have you got the fan controller on it set to low? It's possible to get the fans even slower by moving the temp sensor inside it away from the heatsink, and usually perfectly safe, but it means opening it. |

thats because the fan is spinning too slow for the software to detect, as the heat rises the will spin faster and be detected, the threshold is about 1200rpm usually Don't worry they are still spinning, and the noisetaker can handle the low air flow just fine |

the PRM is just a typo ... the Enermax Noisetaker (and many others) vary the speed of their fans according to their inner temp ... Indeed, many apps and even BIOSes report 0000 RPM when fans are doing less than 1500 RPM (I believe it is) ... ;-)
