Conflict between Via AGP drivers, and Cat 3.1 drivers?

Hello all, whenever I have ANY Via AGP drivers installed and any Catalyst drivers simultaneosly loaded (as they should be) I get a Black Screen, in any/all Graphic's intesne programs, e.g. 3DMark2001/03.

I'm using DirectX 9, but tried 8.1. Using Cat 3.1, but tried older Cat's, using AGP 8X, 4X is a little better. tired Fast Writes On and Off, etc. WinXP has all latest updates, and Temps and Voltageas on videocard, and system are fine. I'm running the system with the Via AGP drivers uninstalled, but my 3Dmark2001SE scores are atrocious. 13K! And that's overclocked. I've noticed the AGP voltage doesn't drop to 0.8V when in 8X mode, but stays around 1.5V?

When the system goes into Black Screen I need to hit reset to get out of it. Please someone must have some knowledge of what the heck this could be?

System spec's are below, except using CPU at 15x133, instead of 12x166, and have also tried several different RAM timings.
