If you can improve the air flow through your case the video card temp will also fall. What kind of case fan set-up are you using now?

THAT sounds like you've got too much load on the PSU. Specifically the 12v circuit.

it's very close but it's staying around 11.850 going down to 11.759 on the 12v line say the USDM. if i put all fans on it's ok untill i play fast graphics game like C&C generals so i DON'T use the top fan and 1 of the fans at front like that it runs fine!!! thats why i need a good agp cooler so i can get some of these fans out of there the case can only use 80cm fans but for 6.99 it's a very good case!!!! as for stability i can run all games on top graphics with no problams ie...bf1948..bfvietnam..C&C generals 0hour...ground control 2...mcrae rally 04 !!!!!!

The thing is, for most GPU air coolers to work well good case air flow is needed.

What kind of grills do your case fans have? Just holes punched in to the steel panel?

Cheap cases can make good cases, but often need some modification to improve air flow.

theres no steel panel i'v tryed loads of new ways to get the air flow right but with out the 2 extra fans the gpu just over heats then the pc shuts down the front of the case is crap as there r no holes for the air to flow in easy i am thinking of makeing some holes there myself!!!!!!

Making some holes yourself could help things.
