im trying to get my 3dmark 2000 score back up to where it used to be (damn win 2k! lol), as she hasent ben running "ultra tweeked mode" sciance i got win 2000. under 98 a while back i could get 5065, then when i installed win 2k, it whent all the way down to 3845. after i installed directx 8.0a and the detionator xp's, it went back up to 4910, but this was whith the card running at 219 core, 333 mem(64-bit ddr ), she can take 227 core/380mem(190 128bit sdr equiv), but it hasent ben likin that lately. ill post the scores when i get it running at its full potental agan

i got a relly rare/unusal card, bought around the time the geforce2mx came out. its the creatve 3d blaster mx. thay stoped making them because at stock, thay sucked. came with a clock speed of 166 core /143 mem(286 ddr), but i must have gotton a sweet card, cus after i glued an old k6-2 hs/f and ram sinks on, she hit 227 core/380 mem! thats a 36%/61MHz increse on the core and 75%/47MHz increse on the mem!

ps:if any one wants it im willing to sell it (wish i didnt have to, but i want radeon 64mb vivo)

sounds to me like you have an original mx, and not an mx200.

original mx: 64-bit ddr.
mx200: 64-bit sdr.
mx400: 128-bit sdr.

the original mx and the mx400 have the same memory bandwidth, so the performance is pretty much the same. the mx200 has half the bandwidth, so it really lags behind.

I don't think the kyro II has dvd decoding or assist. I could be wrong though.
