That would be true for both the 6800GTs and the "Nvidia Bunnies" as the photo is labeled.

But then, if you cant afford identical twins, just grab a pair of wigs.

That card was 6800ultra-based @ CEBIT...i guess the power requirements were too much for them to leave it as Ultra.

I would put it down to price more than power TBO. the GT-Ultra power consumption is almost the same, and if you are going nuts, then go nuts in style. GT chips have been getting cheaper and cheaper while Ultras have been quite stable which is why I would guess at that.

That is surely the Spruce Goose of the gaming world.

It's actually wider than the mobo. I guess SFF won't benefit from this anytime soon

It a shame they won't consider a dual standard 6800NU, but then price wise that would probably be in line with a 6800GT and with nearly 50% better performance so it would be a bit of a shot in the foot

I have a huge acrylic again. No probs here. Two questions:
#1: PCI-E or AGP?
#2: Cost?

PCI-E only.

And you can expect to sell several children before you can afford one by the looks.

It is an SLI version, I think just like the gigabyte dual 6600 cards it will need an SLI board as well.
But I presume you mean can 2 be used, which I don't think is possible
