77.72 Nvidia Drivers Out

This is the 7800GTX launch driver, official and WHQL certified, very nice set indeed, with great HDR and SM3.0 performance and even further quality improvements over the previous 77.62s, but it may be worth waiting until the 77.72 TweaksRUs.com Xtreme-G set is out.

All up to you. I am not actually too impressed with these, so for the moment im sticking to the 77.62XG set. Too many bugs for my liking.

Why does that link refer to Xtreme-G drivers? We haven't made them yet, and may never do so.

Don't make people think that we had something to do with this abysmal excuse for a driver set.

LoL sorry mate, its a compulsive habit. Not many people have got them though, the XG77.62s are the ones that people are using. *changed*

I know these ones suck, hence I never put them on any frontpages, and the fact that they were here has been made very low key. Sorry for that.

There are severe video quality issues, and some inconsistant peformance in certain games including GTA: san andreas, Jedi Knight 3 and NFSU2 for me. Many other people have had problems with them as well, and ive even had people complain in emails to me personally about them.

I've just installed them and I'm running the Fururemark benches and I've noticed that every so often the screen will freeze for a few seconds, then the benchmark will continue. It happened about 5 times in each benchmark. Which others should I try?

77.62XGs. If not those, then the 77.13 XGs.
