4 wire gpu cooler fan to 2 wire header?

I have the stock heatpipe cooler from my MSI 8800GT oc sitting here, and it's physically compatible with my old 6800, so I figured I'd put it to use. I am assuming that black and yellow are the power on the connector for the fan which consists of blue, green, black and yellow. Is this correct?

Yellow is +12V
Black is ground
Green is sense (RPM monitor)
Blue is PWM control signal (speed control)

The spec says that if there's no speed control signal, the fan should run at maximum RPM.
