At L311/$513 my inner gamer says "get lamer, ya hoser." In other words if you need this level of performance and don't mind waiting patiently for your pre-order to show up and can afford it, maybe it's a good buy.

That card looks sweet. I like the Vapor-x cooling system of my 4870 so I know from experience it is a good cooling solution, it actually worked better than my Zalman VF1000.

But I cannot afford to purchase one of these yet, maybe in a year of so when the price drops to around $200. Besides my 4870 gives me frame of 220+ in COD4 with all graphics on high.
