Voodoo 2 Win XP refresh rates

I need 120fps to play Quake decently, so how do I convince the Voodoo to do this? I used to do it with powerstrip in older windows, but in the new powerstrip there is no way to change the refresh rate of my 3d accelerator. Any ideas?

This will depend on whether your video card handles that refresh rate at the resolution you want to run.

Not the video card, Voodoo 2 is not a video card, but a 3d accelerator. It is able to do 120fps at 680*480, but I need to tweak it with a proper program to have this 120hz.

Power strip will force your refresh rates for you. I used it on my GF2 card with my 21" monitor. I needed higher refresh rates in games. I can force it as high as the card will support now.
