What's the worst that could happen? I just bought me a nice gainward 64MB geforce4 4200. Im looking to OC and I know what Im doing when OCing. My question is, if the card works fine at max overclocked speeds without artifacts is there any chance that it is slowly deteriorating considering that I will be using it for a while?

I always think "cooling" before "overclocking." Sure, installing better than stock cooling can be APITA. Nonetheless, I just don't understand folks who overvolt and overclock without one thought for extra cooling.
