just for my system, is that fast or slow? can i get faster and if i use another computer to fold i just put in the same name/team and it folds for me?

Just fire up another machine, install F@H and use the same username and team number and you'll be good to go. Machine ID will be 1 or more depending on how many machines you have Folding for your name.
