Penultimate thought before I jump off the fractionating column.

Open your printer settings tool non Daniel's computer. Under "Settings", by "Device URI" click "change". Remove all the text in that that box (and check it's empty) before pasting in:

EDIT:: Gods I can be an idiot sometimes: try this address first:

ipp://192.168.0.4:631/printer/DESKJET-720C

then this:

socket://192.168.0.4:631

then this:

Code:
http://192.168.0.4:631/printer/DESKJET-720C
If none of those work, then please let me know, 'cos it'll take me a while to climb the frac column...

From those screen shots it looks like you've only tried:

ipp://192.168.0.4/printer/DESKJET-720C
and
ipp://192.168.0.4:631/printer/DESKJET-720C

Did you try:

socket://192.168.0.4:631
?

yes., but to be sure...":O}

When I input socket://192.168.0.4:631 It changes to
ipp://192.168.0.4/printer/DESKJET-720C When I hit "apply" or "change"
