ATI HD 4200 won't budge after continueing WU

Just as the title says I think after i manually close out the GPU client and reload it, it won't move after it retrieves the hashes that were already completed.

For example I would close the program at 2200/10,000 complete and reopen it, it won't continue working and is stuck at 2200. I left it over night.. I cam going to check it in another 12 hours or so... but it looks like its not going anywhere. any tips? it has completed a full work unit already but only when it was working on it non stop.
