Unhappy big problem

My old nic died so i replaced it with a new 1.now windows is telling me i have made to many hardware changes and i need to reactivate!!!!wtf??its the only thing i have changed expept for the multi and the FSB.anyone have any ideas what i should do??i have 3 days ..........thanks.

problem solved,i rang microsoft and they were very helpfull believe it or not
