Thanks MONKEYMAN for replying.
the wip usually I hide my signature in my threads especially if the posts are huge cos I must focus the reader instead of advertising.

Nope, the same thing, tried Opera and IE and both keep refreshing the page instead of downloading the file :/

am i the only one with this issue ? thats weird

MrSeanKon 29th May, 2007 02:35 PM

Mantrhax I have no idea what is happening.
What's your operational system?
Cos I use Windows (XP versions) and with IE I can download both programs.
Try to follow my sign.

Gizmo 29th May, 2007 02:39 PM

That is exceedingly strange.

Yes, you are the only one reporting this issue.

There are only two things I know of that could cause what you are seeing:
  1. Cookies not being set
  2. Referer header not being set

As the cookies would be the only thing under your control (the header is handled by the browser automatically), and you are allowing them already, and you have the problem with both IE and Opera, I'm very perplexed.

MrSeanKon 29th May, 2007 02:42 PM

gizmo should we upload the files somewhere else???
And of course we must update the main downloading page.
What's your opinion??

Gizmo 29th May, 2007 02:55 PM

That would be your choice, dude. I'm not sure it would solve his problem, though.

I thought it was available via bit-torrent anyway?

LEET _dangtx_ shares the OcBible via torrents sites but I have not asked him much about this.
Of course he has my permission to do this cos he is the best Internet friend.

You can translate in Portuguese (as I see you live in Brazil) the OcBible.
