Need program for C++

Ok, I need an "all in one" program to code C++, OR (||) a way to get Dev-C++ to work properly.

In school we use MS Visual Studio.NET, but I can't possibly afford it at home so I need something free.

I tried installing Bloodshed Dev-C++ on my laptop, and the program itself works fine but it won't compile my files, even the files included as examples. It can't find the #include<...> files, and I've tried messing with the options without luck.

Its on Win2K Pro English version.
