Im going to my sisters house tommrow to fix her computer.
She complained of a "burning dust smell" then her computer turned off, i told her to turn it on and open up the sidepannel and see if the cpu fan was spinning she said it wasnt
So I bought new parts for her off newegg (shes gonna pay me back). and payment for fixing it is ot run F@H, but i dont want my dumbass stepdad to turn it off when he thinks he knows what hes doing with her computer...

no need for 3rd party software and 2k...

run it as a scheduled task.

Step 1- In Windows open the Control Panel and open Scheduled Tasks. Then click on Add Scheduled Task. Click on the browse button and find the console exe file.

Step 2- Then you can name the task. Then tick the checkbox "When my Computer Starts".

Next you would enter Administrator in the user name field and the password you set up for Administrator

Step 3- After you click Finish, a new window pops up, click on the settings tab and uncheck Stop the task if it runs for 72 hours 0 minutes.

Click Apply and then OK. Then when you re-boot it will start FAH console and you won't see any Command Prompt window.

It will continue to fold hidden even if you log out.

The Schedule Tasks thing also works in WinXP. You have to remember to set a login password though, or else it doesn't launch.
