Hey Andy ! Long time no see ![]() |

Sorry I just realised SUSE is not a free version of linux ! If you bought it you may claim another cd I think. If not why not using a free version??? |
| ||||
Check out Distrowatch http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=suse 9.2 should be free .Scroll down and you should find what you are looking for. Ithink even the latest flavour is free ,you just don't get support etc Good luck Steve ![]() |

I would start ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/ there to just download the CD that you need. HTH

You can read more at: http://en.opensuse.org/Welcome_to_openSUSE.org As far as installing 9.2, I would recommend going for 10.0 instead. The upgrades in the kernel are worth it. I upgrade to 10.1 last week and haven't run into any problems (once I upgrade the sound packages from packman that is.. I really hate the DMCA and DRM!!!!!) |
