Apple gains injunction on the sale of Samsung's Galaxy Nexus

The Galaxy Nexus phone cannot be sold in the United States after judge Lucy Koh ruled that it infringes on some of Apple's patents.

Critics have suggested that Apple is using its patents to aggressively damage its competitors - in this case Google and Samsung.

Apple spokeswoman Kristin Huguet accused Samsung of copying the look and feel of its products.

The Galaxy Nexus features a voice control feature similar to Apple's Siri. This seems to be the main bone of contention, especially given that Google's version works very well.  See this video which shows voice recognition working perfectly.
