Jorge Jimenez's demo of realistic human skin rendering using consumer hardware.

"The whole demo runs between 80 and 160 FPS, with an average of 112.5 FPS on my GeForce GTX 580. But it can be run in weaker configurations by using more modest settings."

Nice to look at, and good for testing your system's graphics performance.
